Home automation connects everything in the house

Domotics (= home automation) is a neologism. It contains the Latin word "domus" meaning house and a suffix like in "electronics". Thus it is really easy to understand this word namely the combination of architecture and high tech.

Many specialists help to realise a house: the architects and not only the constructors but also the specialists of electronics and telematics.

The technological level of a building can be evolved on the basis of services offered to its inhabitants and owners.

Teleworking is another tendency that can have a direct influence on our work and living environment. The work organisation in companies, the traffic increase, the evolution of office equipment and telecommunication, suppose a huge increase of teleworking in the near future. Home automation must take this evolution into consideration and provide solutions for users who want to equip their houses with a teleworking room.

We also want to mention the introduction of home automation in collective buildings. The innovation is that these systems not only offer services destined to the owners but also to the inhabitants of the buildings. Collective home automation allows the valorisation and the preservation of the personal patrimony.
