 The concept "Intelligent building" or building automation covers 2 big families of services for the user:

  • building management and optimisation of the inhabitant's living and working conditions;
  • internal and external communication (Voice-data-image).

The disposal of the services from these two families gives the building a kind of artificial intelligence; in new constructions as well as in renovations these modern management and communication techniques play an important role.
